Drop-in gymnastics is a 30-minute structured class for children to participate in gymnastics at Flips Gymnastics Center without a weekly or monthly commitment. It is a great option for families who want to try-out our Flips program, children who want some extra practice time in the gym, or kids just want some extra Fit. Fun. Flips. during the week.
Classes will focus on basic gymnastics movements so students of all ages and ability levels can participate.
This is a great class to bring a friend!
