Policies
Class Enrollment
Enrollment is on a continuous basis throughout the season.
Class times will be adjusted during the summer months and require separate enrollment.

Tuition
Tuition is paid monthly. Automatic payments charged to credit cards will be charged on the first of each month. A valid credit or debit card is required for all families. All students are automatically enrolled each month throughout the year. Tuition pricing is subject to change.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw at any time (written notice of withdrawal is required and will be considered a 30 day notice from the date received by Flips Gymnastics Center). Please note that families are responsible for tuition payments for those 30 days. There are no tuition adjustments for missed classes.
Payment Procedure
Automatic Payment System – We have an automatic payment system. Tuition is paid every month on a continuous basis for the entire season. On the first day of each month, we will charge the credit/debit card we have on file for you in our secured system. Any declined transaction payments will incur a $15.00 fee posted to your account. Any outstanding balance owed will need to be paid in full prior to your gymnast returning to class. It tuition is not paid by the tenth (10th) of the month, your child will be dropped from the class.
Safety
The very nature of gymnastics carries a risk of minor or serious injury. Skills and activities are taught slowly, carefully and in a progressive manner. Instructors are safety conscious and trained to follow appropriate spotting techniques, skill progressions and safety procedures. However, accidents with minor or serious injuries can occur. Parents and children should be aware of the risks involved, read and review the safety rules, abide by the gym rules and policies, and accept full responsibility for their actions. Flips Gymnastics Center has the right to restrict any activity that we consider unsafe.
Registration
Registration fees renew yearly September 1 and are valid until August 31 of the following year. Registration fees are not prorated or refunded at any time. Students must live in the same household to qualify for combined.
1 Child = $45.00
2 Children = $70.00
3 Children = $90.00
All additional students add $15.00 each to the registration fee.
Students are automatically re-enrolled in their class at the start of each month. Students may withdraw at any time. Please note that a student's
notice of withdrawal must be a written 30 day notice and families are responsible for tuition payments for those 30 days. Families will be charged for their final month of gymnastics upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
Class Prorating
Monthly Tuition: Students joining partway through the month will be charged $50 for one remaining class or $75 for two remaining classes. There will be no prorating for 3 classes left in the month.
Missed Classes
Classes cancelled by Flips Gymnastics Center due to weather or any emergency reasons will have make up times offered. Make up schedules will be communicated to families when scheduling allows. Please be sure you have current email and phone number on file for the the most up to date information.
What to Wear
All students are required to wear a one-piece leotard with or without gymnastics shorts. Male students should dress in shorts and a t-shirt. NO zippers, belts, skirts, shoes, socks, jewelry, watches or gum is allowed. Long hair must be tied back. For the safety of students and protection of the equipment, any students without appropriate attire for class will not be permitted to participate.
Release for Photography
Flips Gymnastics will use photographs taken of students for promotional and marketing materials, press releases, and publicity including the Internet, Instagram, Facebook, other social media, and website for Flips. These materials will be taken during events including but not limited to classes, special events, fundraisers, Summer Fun Club, and gymnastics meets. Parents have the right to request that their child’s photograph or video(s) not be shared publicly. Without this written retraction from our marketing, students are automatically included.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available on an as needed basis and by special arrangement with the Director.
Release and Liability Waivers
All students enrolled at Flips Gymnastics Center must have a signed release and liability waiver on file. Students without signed waivers will be unable to participate in class until the form has been signed.
Credits for Payments
All payments are Flips Gymnastics Center are non-refundable. Credits are available.
